摘　　要：从聚合物材料压力-比容-温度(PVT)关系特性规律、塑料精密注射成型控制的核心原理、聚合物材料PVT特性测试仪、注塑缺陷在线诊断及自愈调控四个方面,对聚合物材料的PVT关系特性及其重要应用进行了介绍。This review covered the following four aspects： pressure-volume-temperature （PVT） relationship of polymer materials, the core principle in precision injection molding, polymer PVT tester, the online diagnosis and self-healing control of defects in the injection molding. The opplication of PVT relationship was introduced.
