摘 要:为了获得具有广谱染料降解脱色能力的脱色菌,为印染工业废水生物处理提供菌种资源,本研究采用平板稀释涂布法从绍兴某印染厂排污口采集的土壤中分离得到7株脱色菌,从中筛选出脱色能力最强的菌株CM-T1,经菌落形态、生理生化特性及16S r RNA基因序列分析将其鉴定为气单胞菌(Aeromonas sp.),其16S r RNA在Gen Bank的登录号为KJ958903。对CM-T1脱色特性的初步研究结果表明,该菌株在p H5.0~9.0、30~40℃、0~4%Na Cl浓度范围内对碱性品红、活性大红和茜素红染料(50 mg/L)均具有较好的降解脱色能力,并且在12 h内对碱性品红和活性大红的脱色率达到90%以上,对茜素红达到同样的脱色效果则需要32 h。CM-T1是一株具有广谱的染料脱色降解能力的优良菌株,能够作用于多种不同结构的三苯甲烷、偶氮、蒽醌类染料,脱色能力强,在印染工业废水生物处理中有很好的应用前景。This study was to find the efficient broad-spectrum dye decoloring bacteria strains, seven strains of bacteria with capacity of decolorizing dyes were isolated from sewage outlets of certain printing and dyeing plant in Shaoxing. Strain CM-T1, with excellent ability of dye-decolorizing, was identified as A eromonas sp. based on morphological and physiological-biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, and the accession number of 16s rRNA in GenBank was KJ958903. The results from the study on the degradation of basic fuchsine, reactive scarlet and alizarin red by strain CM-T1 showed that the optimum decolorization activity was observed at pH 5.0-9.0, temperature 30-40℃ and NaC1 concentration of 0-4%. Basic fuchsine and reactive scarlet (50 mg/L) could be decolorized more than 90% within 12 h under anoxic condition while for alizarin red (50 mg/L) need 32 h. Strain CM-T1 was capable of decolorizing a variety of dyes including triphenylmethane, azo, and anthraquinone dyes, it may be useful for bioremediation applications of dyeing wastewater.
