摘　　要：《铁道机车车辆》是中国铁路总公司主管,由中国铁道科学研究院与中国铁道学会牵引动力委员会联合主办的铁道机车车辆专业和供电专业的综合性科技期刊。创刊于1981年。其办刊宗旨是认真贯彻＂科教兴国＂的方针,努力准确、及时。South Africa 20E electric locomotive is a dual system and AC drive electric locomotive, which is suitable for both 25 kV/50 Hz AC and 3 000 V DC power sources. The locomotive can adjust and configure the main circuit according to different power supply systems, and realize continuous and stable operation. This article introduces the design principle of the high-voltage circuit, the electric traction system, the function of the control system, and also analyzes the key elements and technical features of the design.
