摘　　要：总结了"十二五"时期沈阳在提升综合服务能力、增加终端设施投入及提高公共服务设施建设等环境卫生工作建设成果和经验,在分析"十三五"面临新形势的基础上,把握特大型城市环境卫生建设发展与运行管理方面的规律和特点,全面贯彻落实"交通城市、生态城市、宜居城市"对环境卫生工作的新要求,研究制定《沈阳市环境卫生事业"十三五"规划》。We summarized the main achievements and experiences of environmental sanitation in Shenyang during the＂12th five-year＂period,including the improvements of integrated service capabilities and public service facilities,the enhancements of terminal facilities,etc. On the basis of the new situations of next five-years,we identified the rules and characteristics of urban environmental sanitation constructions and development and implemented the new requirements of the ＂urban traffic,urban ecological,livable city＂.＂Shenyang Environmental Sanitation‘13th Five-year＇Plan＂was designed based on the new situation.
