摘　　要：阐述了南方某市目前生活垃圾收运管理现状及存在问题。从人事管理、设备管理、监管机制、资金投入等各方面探究生活垃圾收运管理社会化改革方法,并进行风险评估和提供相应的预防措施。Taking a southern city as an example,we described current situation and existing problems of waste collection and transportation management. From the aspects of human resource management,equipment management,regulatory mechanism,capital investment,etc,we explored the methods of socialization reform,carried out the risk assessment and provided the corresponding precaution.
