摘 要:为了探讨不同倍性西瓜植株发育时期内源激素的变化规律,以同基因型不同倍性(2x、3x、4x)西瓜品种‘蜜枚’为供试材料,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对西瓜植株生长过程根、茎、叶中生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)和油菜素内酯(BR)5种内源激素含量进行测定分析。结果显示,叶片中各个内源激素的含量均较高,而茎中含量相对较低;IAA、ABA含量在不同倍性西瓜的根、茎、叶中都相对较高,而GA、BR含量相对较低;5种内源激素含量在不同倍性间差异不明显,在各发育时期不同倍性间有差异。本研究初步阐明了不同倍性西瓜植株发育过程内源激素的变化规律,为以后深入研究西瓜内源激素积累的机制奠定了基础。To explore the relation among different hormones, genotypes with different ploidy(2x,3x,4x)watermelon 'Mimei' were used as materials. In order to clarify the changes of endogenous hormones in different ploidy watermelon during devel- opmental period, the content of endogenous hormones(IAA, ABA, GA,ZR, BR) in roots, stems and leaves were tested by ELI- SA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay). The results showed that, the endogenous hormone content in the leaves was high- er, and the content in stems was relatively low during plant development, there has higher content of IAA and ABA in different ploidy watermelon plant, while lower content of GA and BR. There has no obvious difference among different ploidy during plant development. This study preliminary illustrated the changes of different ploidy watermelon plant, laying a foundation for future research of watermelon endogenous hormone.
