摘　　要：分析业主和承包商共同延误下业主指令加速施工时,加速施工费用索赔的争议焦点。提出并分析共同延误下加速施工费用索赔计算的三个原则:先延误先使用原则、利于业主原则和利于承包商原则。This paper analyzes the dispute focus of cost claims for construction acceleration when owners instruct construction acceleration under common delays caused by the owner and the contractor. Then,presents and analyzes three calculation principles of cost claims for construction acceleration under common delays：first delay first use principle,favor of the owners principle,and favor of the contractors principle.
