摘　　要：投标报价中暂估价材料消耗量异常往往引发工程价款结算争议。结合案例分析其起因,阐述其表现形式及对工程造价的影响,提出完善计价规范的条款设置、改进现行的评标办法和加大消耗量异常的投标风险等解决对策。The paper analyzes the reasons for the abnormal consumption of provisional cost materials in the bid quotation,which often leads to dispute of project settlement price,and sums up the form of its performance and its impact on the cost of the project,and discusses its solutions,such as improvement of valuation norms and current bid assessment method,as well as increasing bid risk of abnormal consumption.
