摘　　要：学科馆员是图书馆面向对口院系教学科研提供针对性服务的图书馆员学科馆员在传统上是图书馆和对口院系之间的联系人、馆藏学科资源的建设者、学科信息资源的服务者和参考咨询服务的提供者。面对全面建成小康社会和实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的新形势和新要求,学科馆员要注重自身素质培养和能力提升,学习并掌握新媒体技术,积极主动地与对口院系建立合作关系,深层次开发文献信息,将服务嵌入到科研中,从而提供更加准确、优质的服务、Subject librarian is the librarian who provides targeted service for counterpart＇s teaching and research in university.Traditionally,subject librarian is the contact person between library and counterpart,the constructor of subject collection resource,the servant of subject information resource and the provider of reference consulting service.Facing with the new situation and requirements of building a moderately prosperous society and realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese dream,subject librarian should pay attention to the quality training and capacity building,learn and master new media technologies,establish partnerships with counterparts and departments,develop the depth document information and embed the service into scientific research,to provide accurate and superior service.
