发酵豆粕对鲁烟白猪生长猪的作用及适宜添加量研究

摘　　要：为研究发酵豆粕对鲁烟白猪生长猪养分消化率、生产性能、血液生化指标的影响及发酵豆粕在鲁烟白猪生长猪日粮中的适宜添加量,本试验选取150头初始体重(22.30±1.20)kg的鲁烟白猪生长猪,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,分别饲喂添加0%(Ⅰ组)、5%(Ⅱ组)、10%(Ⅲ组)、15%(Ⅳ组)、20%(Ⅴ组)发酵豆粕的日粮。结果表明,平均日采食量Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅳ组比Ⅰ组提高13.41%(P<0.01);Ⅳ组的料重比最低,分别比Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组降低4.25%、5.14%、5.14%(P<0.05),比Ⅱ组降低14.71%(P<0.01);Ⅳ组的粗蛋白质消化率分别比Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组提高了1.95%、2.73%、2.88%、2.28%(P<0.05);血液生化指标方面,随着发酵豆粕添加量的不断增加,鲁烟白猪生长猪血清总蛋白含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中Ⅳ组最高,分别比Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组提高了7.10%、5.87%、9.29%、6.44%(P<0.05);血清尿素氮呈先下降后上升的趋势,Ⅳ组最低,分别比Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ组降低了14.82%、13.19%、16.73%(P<0.01),比Ⅲ组降低了6.64%(P<0.05);白蛋白/球蛋白比值,第Ⅳ组最高,并且第Ⅳ组的腹泻率最低。由此可见,在鲁烟白猪生长猪日粮中添加发酵豆粕能够提高养分消化率,增强免疫性能。在本试验条件下日粮中添加15%的发酵豆粕能够取得最佳的饲养效果。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of fermented soybean meal on nutrient digestibility,production performance and blood biochemical indices of Luyan White growing pigs,and obtain its optimum addition amount in diet.A total of 150 healthy Luyan White pigs with an averge body weight of（22.30±1.20）kg were randomly allotted to 5 groups whih 3 replicates of 10 each.They were fed with 0%（Ⅰ）,5%（Ⅱ）,10%（Ⅲ）,15%（Ⅳ）,20%（Ⅴ）fermented soybean meal diets.The result showed that,the average daily feed intake of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ had no significant difference（P〈0.05）,but group Ⅳ was 13.41% higher than group Ⅰ（P〈0.01）;The feed gain ratio of group Ⅳ was the lowest,which decreased by 4.25%,5.14%,5.14% respectively compared with group Ⅰ,Ⅲ, Ⅴ（P〈0.05）,and was 14.71%lower than that of group Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.In the blood biochemical indicators,with the increasing amount of fermented soybean meal,Luyan White growing pigs＇ serum total protein content firstly increased and then decreased,that in group Ⅳwas the highest,which improved by 7.10%,5.87%,9.29%,6.44% compared with Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ（P〈0.05）;In contrast,the serum urea nitrogen showed an upward trend after the first drop,the group Ⅳ was the lowest.Albumin/globulin ratio in group Ⅳ was the highest,and group Ⅳ had the lowest diarrhea rate.Thus,adding fermented soybean meal could improve nutrient digestibility and immune performance in Luyan White growing pigs,under the experimental conditions,15%adding level could achieve the best results.
