室间隔缺损封堵术前后三维超声心动图定量心功能对比

摘　　要：目的对比研究室间隔缺损封堵术前后三维超声心动图定量心功能情况。方法选取我院2014年1-12月收治的42例行室间隔缺损封堵术的患者作为研究对象,分别在术前、术后3 d、术后3个月、术后半年对其实施超声心动图检查,并对其左室舒张期末和收缩期末的内径、容积、左室射血分数、左室侧壁基底部组织舒张早期、舒张晚期、收缩期的运动速度等心功能指标进行测量和比较。结果比较术前和术后不同时间患者主要心功能指标的变化情况,可见,其LVEDD、LVESD、LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF、E’、L’、S’等指标均在术后随时间的推移不断降低,术后3 d略有降低,但与术前的比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,术后3个月和6个月各项指标显著降低,与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对室间隔缺损患者行介入封堵术后,各项心功能指标显著改善,并可以通过超声心动图对其变化情况进行评价。Objective To contrast the ventricular septal defect after blocking preoperative three-dimensional echocardiography quantitatively cardiac function. Methods 42 patients with ventricular septal defect closure of the routine were chosen as the research object from January to December 2014, respectively in the preoperative and postoperative six months after 3 d, 3 months after operation, the implementation of echocardiography, and the left ventricular diastolic final and shrink the inside diameter, volumeand left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular diastolic wall base organization such as the movement of early and late diastolic and systolic velocity cardiac function indexes measured and compared. Results To compare the preoperative and postoperative patients with different time major changes of the cardiac function indexes, visible, its LVEDD, LVESD, LVEDV, LVESV, LVEF, E＇, L ＇, S＇ and other indexes continue to fall over time after surgery, postoperative 3 d is slightly lower, but compared with the preoperative had no statistical difference（P〈0.05）, 3 months and 6 months after the indicators are significantly reduced, compared with the preoperative significant difference, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Line intervention in patients with ventricular septal defect closure, postoperative cardiac function index improved significantly, and can be achieved by echocardiography to evaluate the changes.
