摘 要:目的探析实时三维超声成像诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2013年2月-2015年2月行常规检查的750例孕妇为观察对象,先给予孕妇常规二维超声检查,记录检查结果,之后给予实时三维超声成像诊断,记录诊断结果,对2次检查结果予以观察对比。结果经引产及足月分娩确诊畸形30例,二维超声检查结果相符率为60.0%,实时三维超声成像诊断结果相符率为96.7%,2次检查结果对比差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在胎儿畸形诊断中,实时三维超声成像诊断准确率高于二维超声检查,临床应用价值更高。Objective Study on real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of fetal malformation clinical effect. Methods 750 cases of pregnant women were chosen as observation object in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015, first give pregnant women the conventional two-dimensional ultrasound, record the results of the inspection after giving real-time three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging diagnosis, diagnosis, with the result of 2 times inspection shall be observed. Results 30 cases confirmed by induced labor and term birth deformities, two-dimensional ultrasonic examination results consistent rate was 60.0%, the real-time three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging diagnosis consistent rate was 96.7%, 2 times to check the results compared with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis in fetal abnormalities, real-time three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging diagnostic accuracy is significantly higher than two-dimensional ultrasound and clinical application of higher value.
