观察电视胸腔镜手术治疗老年继发性气胸的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗老年继发性气胸的疗效。方法选取我院2012年7月-2015年7月收治的25例老年继发性气胸患者作为观察组,对其给予电视胸腔镜手术治疗;另选取同期收治的20例老年继发性气胸患者作为对照组,对其给予常规开胸治疗。观察对比两组患者术后情况。结果观察组出血量、手术时间、引流时间、引流量、镇痛率、住院时间、并发症等各项指标优于对照组（P〈0.05）,其中观察组术中出血量为（34.0±7.5）ml,对照组术中出血量为（97.6±16.4）ml。结论电视胸腔镜手术治疗老年继发性气胸疗效较好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of video assisted thoracic surgery in the treatment of secondary pneumothorax in elderly patients. Methods 25 cases of senile spontaneous pneumothorax patients recorded as the observation group, treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2015. Select another admitted in the same period of 20 cases of senile spontaneous pneumothorax patients recorded as control group, the routine open chest treatment. Observation and comparison of two groups of patients after operation. Results In theobservation group, bleeding, operative time, drainage time, drainage, analgesic rate, hospitalization time, complications, etc. each index was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was bleeding（34.0±7.5） ml and the control group was bleeding（97.6±16.4） ml. Conclusion Video assisted thoracic surgery is effective in the treatment of secondary pneumothorax in elderly patients.
