摘　　要：目的观察同伴支持在碘131治疗Graves病患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取碘131治疗的Graves病患者108例,根据同伴支持的参与情况分为治疗组和对照组。结果与对照组相比,治疗组的临床缓解率、治愈率明显增高,复发率明显降低。结论同伴支持教育有利于在碘131治疗Graves患者中增强治疗信心及依从性,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of peer support application combined with iodine 131 in the treatment of Graves disease. Methods 108 patients with Graves disease who were treated with iodine 131 were divided into treatment group and control group according to the participation of peer support. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group improved the clinical remission rate of Graves disease, cure rate, significantly reduce the recurrence rate. Conclusion Peer support education in favor of treating Graves 131 patients overcome fear, to enhance confidence in treatment and compliance, and thus improve treatment.
