标准大骨瓣开颅减压术在治疗颅脑出血中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的本文就标准大骨瓣开颅减压术在治疗颅脑出血中的临床应用进行分析与探讨。方法选择我院2014年3月-2015年2月收治的颅脑出血患者66例,其后按照来院先后顺序将其平均分为参照组和实验组,每组患者33例。实验组患者接受标准大骨瓣开颅减压术,参照组患者接受常规开颅血肿清除术,其后对比两组颅脑损伤患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的临床治疗效果优于参照组,P〈0.05。结论在颅脑出血治疗中应用标准大骨瓣开颅术,疗效确切。Objective In this paper, the standard big bone flap craniotomy decompression in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in clinical application were analyzed and discussed. Methods 66 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were chosen in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015, followed by its average according to the order to court divided into control group and experimental group, 33 cases of patients in each group. Experimental group patients received standard big bone flap craniotomy decompression, control group patients received conventional craniotomy for removal of hematoma, then compare the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with craniocerebral injury. Results The patient＇s clinical treatment effect is better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The cerebral hemorrhage treatment application of standard large bone flap craniotomy, curative effect and clinical application value.
