辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特对糖尿病高脂血症患者的降脂疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗糖尿病高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的150例糖尿病高脂血症患者,随机分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75),对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组采用辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗。结果观察组降脂总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组TC、TG及LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病高脂血症患者应用辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗,降脂效果显著,全面改善各项血脂指标。Objective To investigate the simvastatin combined fenofibrate treatment the curative effect of diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 150 patients of diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital were selected as research object, were randomly divided intoobservation group（n=75） and control group（n=75）, the control group was given simvastatin treatment, the observation group with simvastatin plus fenofibrate treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the HDL-C was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of simvastatin in patients with diabetes, hyperlipidemia combined fenofibrate, lipid-lowering effect is remarkable, and improve the blood lipid index.
