摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对小儿烧伤的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的烧伤患儿134例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各67例,对照组实施常规烧伤护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预。不同护理干预后比较两组患儿烦躁、抑郁、抵触等心理状况及患儿创面愈合时间、平均住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿烦躁、抑郁、抵触等不良情绪比例较对照组下降,并发症发生率低,患儿创面愈合时间及平均住院时间均短与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效改善患儿的心理状况、降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pediatric burn. Methods 134 cases were selected in our hospital, divided into control group and observation group, 67 cases in each group, the control group received routine burn nursing measures, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention. After nursing intervention, the two groups of children with irritability, depression, resistance and other psychological status and the wound healing time, average length of stay and complications were compared between the groups. Results The group children irritability, depression, resentment and other negative emotions proportion of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the low rate of complications, with wound healing time and the average hospitalization time was shorter and the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can alleviate the symptom of somatization, depression and anxiety, and also decrease the incidence of postoperative complication.
