优质服务在烧伤整形科临床护理中的运用

摘　　要：目的优质服务在烧伤整形科临床护理中应用的临床效果。方法将整形科收治的60例烧伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,分别提供优质服务和给予常规护理,比较两组临床护理效果。结果观察组护理总满意率(96.7%)高于对照组(80.0%),不良事件发生率(3.3%)低于对照组(13.3%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质服务应用到烧伤整形科临床护理中,能够提高患者满意度,减少不良事件发生,有利于护理服务水平的全面提升。Objective To analyze high-quality clinical nursing service in burn and orthopaedic clinical effect. Methods To select 60 patients of orthopaedic patients of burn patients and divide them into observation group and control group averagely, respectively, to provide quality services and give regular care, compared two groups of clinical nursing effect. Results Observation group nursing total satisfaction rate（96.7%） was higher than control group（80.0%）, the incidence of adverse events（3.3%） was lower than control group（13.3%）, there were more significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing services application for burn and orthopaedic clinical nursing, can improve patients＇ satisfaction, reduce the adverse events,and is helpful to improve nursing service level.
