复合手术治疗左髂静脉受压综合征继发左下肢急性深静脉血栓

摘　　要：目的观察用复合手术治疗左髂静脉受压综合征继发左下肢急性深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取2007年3月-2014年3月我院收治的左髂静脉受压综合征后继发左下肢深静脉血栓患者120例作为研究对象,所有患者均采取经左股静脉切开取栓术＋髂静脉支架植入术的复合手术治疗方法,用超声检查的方式对患者左下肢急性深静脉血栓病症的治疗效果进行评价。结果手术治疗后,53例患者痊愈,41例患者显效,21例患者有效,5例患者无效,总有效率为95.83%（115/120）。结论采取经左股静脉切开取栓术＋髂静脉支架植入术的复合手术治疗方法治疗左髂静脉受压综合征继发左下肢急性深静脉血栓,临床效果佳。Objective Observation on composite surgery in treatment of left iliac vein compression syndrome secondary to acute left lower extremity deep venous thrombosis for clinical results. Methods Selected left iliac vein compression syndrome after deep vein thrombosis secondary to left 120 patients for the study from March 2007 to March 2014 in our hospital,all patients were taking complex surgical treatment through the left femoral vein cut＋ embolectomy of iliac vein stent implantation. Therapeutic effect was evaluated with ultrasound way of patients with acute left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis disorder. Results After surgery,53 patients recovered,41 patients were cured,effective in 21 patients,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 95.83%（115/120）. Conclusion Taking complex surgical treatment through the left femoral vein cut ＋ embolectomy of iliac vein stent implantation for left iliac vein compression syndrome secondary to acute left lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,the clinical effect is good.
