摘　　要：目的观察应用医用棉口罩解决无创呼吸机面罩的漏气效果以及面罩对鼻面部产生压伤的预防作用。方法上机前将棉口罩包绕住鼻面罩,并在面罩的背侧交叉固定,然后在口罩中央裁剪,使其露出口鼻部,再罩于患者面部,头带固定,患者感觉柔软舒服。结果通过临床观察,患者持续上机12 h无任何不适,也不会发生因患者脸型和胖瘦有差异导致漏气,提高患者对呼吸机使用的耐受性和依从性,提高治疗效果。结论口罩法解决无创呼吸机面罩的漏气和压伤,此方法操作简单,家庭疗法的患者也可以自行使用,并且不给患者增加经济负担,易于接受。Objective To observe the effect of the application of medical cotton gauze mask on the air leakage and the preventive effect of the mask on the nasal and facial injuries. Methods On the machine before the cotton face mask pack around nasal mask and fixed on the cross on the back side of the mask and in central clipping masks the snout exposed,to cover in the patient＇s face,fixed headband,patients felt soft and comfortable. Results Through clinical observation of patients continued on the machine for 12 hours without any discomfort,also won＇t lead to leakage because of the patient＇s face and thin differences,improved the patients on ventilator of tolerance and compliance,improved the therapeutic effect. Conclusion The respirator method can be used to solve the air leakage and crush injury of non-invasive respirator mask. This method is easy to operate and can be used by family therapy,and it can not increase the economic burden of the patients, and is easy to accept.
