摘　　要：目的探讨经内侧入路治疗胫骨平台后内侧骨折的手术效果。方法 46例经内侧入路治疗的胫骨平台后内侧骨折患者为研究对象。患者进行手术治疗,观察手术效果。结果患者手术时间为92-145 min,平均手术时间为（115.2±12.5）min;住院时间为15-28 d,平均住院时间为（21.3±2.4）d。患者骨折愈合时间为11-19周,屈膝100°-136°,伸膝0°-8°。结论经内侧入路治疗胫骨平台后内侧骨折效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of medial approach for the treatment of medial tibial plateau fractures. Methods 46 cases after medial approach for treatment of tibial plateau inside fracture patients as the research object. Patients with surgical treatment,observed the operation effect. Results Patients with surgical time of 92 to 145 min, the average operation time was（115.2±12.5）min. Length of hospital stay for 15 to 28 days,the average hospitalization time was（21.3±2.4）d. Patients with fracture healing time is 11 to 19 weeks,bend your knees, 100° to 136°, and 0° to 8 °. Conclusion The medial approach in treatment of medial tibia platform fracture,the effect is remarkable.
