股骨干骨折采用交锁髓内钉治疗与锁定板治疗的效果对比评价

摘　　要：目的评析股骨干骨折应用交锁髓内钉治疗对比锁定钢板治疗的临床优势。方法对照组与治疗组各47例分别施以锁定加压钢板内固定与交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,术毕统计比较两组手术指标、膝关节功能、并发症。结果两组手术时长、术后48 h血红蛋白值、膝关节功能恢复优良率等方面无差异,而治疗组的术中失血量、术后引流量、住院时长及骨折愈合时间则更短;治疗组术后并发症发生率8.5%低于对照组的25.5%。结论股骨干骨折采用交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗创伤小,并发症少,能促进愈合。Objective To analyze the clinical advantages of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures. Methods 47 cases of control group and treatment group were treated with locking compression plate fixation and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. The operation indexes of two groups were compared and the function of knee joint function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Two groups of operation time and postoperative 48 h hemoglobin values,knee joint function recovery were excellent and had no significant difference,while in treatment group,the intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume,hospital length and fracture healing time were significantly shorter. Patients in the treatment group after complications rate was 8.5%,it was significantly lower than that in the control group of 25.5%. Conclusion Femoral shaft fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation has less traumatic and less complications,and can promote the healing of the femoral shaft fracture.
