曲美布丁联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察曲美布丁联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的功能性消化不良患者133例,随机分为两组,实验组66例,采用曲美布丁联合复方阿嗪米特治疗,对照组67例,采用复方阿嗪米特治疗,均治疗4周,观察两组患者临床疗效,对比两组患者治疗后各症状积分。结果 4周后,实验组患者临床疗效高于对照组,且各症状积分低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗功能性消化不良时,曲美布丁联合复方阿嗪米特治疗效果良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of trimebutine combined with compound azintamide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Selected the hospital admitted 133 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia,they were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group of 66 cases used trimebutine combined with compound azintamide for treatment. Control group of 67 cases used compound azintamide for treatment. They were treated 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed after comparing two groups of patients each symptom score. Results After 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and experimental group of patients and various symptoms points were lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of functional dyspepsia,trimebutine combined with compound azintamide have great treatment effect.
