探讨超声对鉴别肿块型胰腺炎与胰腺癌的临床有效性

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对鉴别肿块型胰腺炎与胰腺癌的临床有效性。方法选取我院2013年5月-2015年5月收治的胰腺癌患者48例（组1）,并选取同时期在我院确诊为肿块型胰腺炎患者40例（组2）。采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对两组患者进行检查,观察比较两组患者的超声特点。结果组1患者超声检测类型分布、超声表现类型与组2患者比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用超声可有效鉴别肿块型胰腺炎与胰腺癌,且鉴别精准度高。Objective To study the ultrasound to identify tumor type pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer about the clinical efficacy. Methods From May 2013 to May 2015,48 patients with pancreatic cancer（group 1）, and at the same time in our hospital diagnosed as tumor type pancreatitis patients 40 cases（group 2）. Using color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument for inspection on two groups of patients,compared ultrasonic characteristics of two groups of patients. Results In group 1 patients with ultrasonic testing type distribution,type of sonographic findings compared with group 2 patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ultrasound can effectively identify tumor type pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer,and has high identification accuracy.
