Objective To probe into the influence of early nursing intervention on the prognosis of premature infants with brain injurys. Methods 46 children with premature brain injury and who accepted treatments in our hospital from July,2010 to August,2011 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 23 patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with routine nursing methods, while in the observation group, they were treated with the early nursing intervention. Then, the prognosis of the two groups were observed. Results After the intervention of children with different nursing measures, the sports development index in the study group was(96.2±3.3),and the mental development index was(95.3±3.4),which was significantly higher than that in the control group of the sports development index of(71.7±4.3)and the the mental development index of(73.6±4.2)(P〈0.05)and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The early nursing intervention in this paper can not only improve the intelligence development of premature infants with brain damage, but also can improve their ability to exercise,so as to improve the children's living standards, and reduce the burden on their families.
