手术室护理中优质护理服务模式的应用探析

摘　　要：目的研究优质护理服务模式在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年4月-2015年4月收治的手术室患者90例为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,观察组给予优质护理服务模式,对照组给予常规护理,比较2组护理效果。结果观察组护理后焦虑评分为（43.1±2.8）分,对照组护理后焦虑评分为（56.2±3.1）分,观察组的焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务模式应用在手术室护理中,有利于提升护理质量。Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing service mode in nursing in operation room. Methods 90 cases of patients treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was treated with high quality nursing service mode,the control group received routine nursing care,compared with the effect of 2 groups. Results The anxiety score of the observation group was（43.1±2.8）,and the control group（56.2±3.1）,the anxiety score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service mode application in operation room nursing,is conducive to improve the quality of nursing,have clinical promotion value.
