摘  要:为了在生产过程中准确、便捷地测量电工钢片的动态磁特性,根据磁感应强度和磁场强度测量原理,文章设计制作了符合国家标准的单片试样,通过实验调试,选取合适的数据采集和信号处理设备,使用Lab Windows/CVI虚拟仪器软件平台搭建了基于单片试样法的电工钢片智能化动态磁特性测量系统,并为后续加入谐波分析等扩展功能设置了Lab Windows/CVI软件平台与Matlab软件的接口。通过对采集信号、磁特性曲线以及测量系统K值标定的分析,判定测量系统稳定性、有效性,为研制其他试样及静态磁特性测量系统工作提供了理论指导和实际经验。Single sheet sample is manufactured that conforms to the related national standards according to the principle of magnetic induction intensity and magnetic field strength for measuring dynamic magnetic properties of electrical steel slices conveniently and rapidly in the process of production. An intelligent measurement system for dynamic magnetic properties is built in virtual instrument software platform of Lab Windows / CVI based on the single sheet sample.In addition,the software interface is set between Lab Windows / CVI and Matlab for updating the system and increasing functions later such as harmonic analysis. And the acquisition and processing equipments are selected via experimental debugging. Finally,the analysis of acquisition signals,magnetic property curves of measurement system and K-value calibration demonstrates availability and stability of the system that provides theoretical guidance and practical experience for measuring other sheet samples and static magnetic properties.
