京津冀高等教育协同发展现状及思考

摘　　要：京津冀一体化进程日趋加快,区域内高等教育协同发展逐步开展,但问题日益凸显。本文从京津冀区域高等教育合作现状出发,简要探讨了传统行政观念的束缚、有效规范机制的缺失、高等教育结构失衡等因素对其影响,在观念思想、政策保障、合作机制、合作领域、核心学科及人才培养等方面提出建议,以期推进京津冀区域高等教育协同发展进程。With the rapid process of the integration of Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei region（ BTH）,the coordinated development of high education in BTH has been gradually carried out,but some problems are increasingly severe. Based on the actuality of high education cooperation in BTH,this paper briefly discusses the constraints of traditional administrative ideas,the lack of the regulatory effective mechanisms and the imbalance of high education structure,and so on. In order to promote BTH coordinated development of high education,the recommendations including ideology,policy guarantee,cooperation mechanism,cooperation field,core disciplines and personnel training,etc. have been proposed.
