高校毕业生就业期望与实际就业的研究

摘　　要：步入21世纪后,随着中国经济体制的改革和高校的不断扩招,高校学生的就业环境发生了巨大变化。人才市场上的竞争越演越烈,毕业生的就业问题日益严峻,成为人们关注的热点问题。本文通过对高校毕业生就业期望与实际就业的研究,从毕业生、政府、用人单位、高校四个方面做出分析,找出高校毕业生就业期望与实际就业之间存在差异的原因,并提出相关对策。After entering the twenty- first Century,with the reform of China＇s economic system and the continuous expansion of the college enrollment,the employment environment of college students has changed greatly. The competition in the talent market is becoming more and more fierce,the employment of graduates is becoming more and more serious,which has become a hot issue. Through the university graduate employment expectation and the actual employment research,this article finds out the university graduate employment expectation and the actual employment difference reasons from the following four aspects,the graduate,the government,the employer,the university,and proposes the related countermeasure.
