摘　　要：青年馆员是高校图书馆发展的活力和动力之源;依据需要层次理论,着重从满足青年馆员的较高层次需要出发,探讨了提高青年馆员爱岗敬业的一些管理原则,以便充分发挥他们的能动性、积极性和创造性,从而有利于图书馆的发展。Young librarian is the vigor and power source of library development; according to the hierarchy of needs theory,focus on starting from meet the higher level of needs of the librarians of youth,to discuss some principles for improving the hillock being professional of young librarians,in order to give full play to their initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,which is conducive to the development of library.
