摘 要:为了提高锆合金表面的性能,采用富氮型Ti N粉末作预置涂层原料,在Zr-4合金表面激光原位熔覆制备出了高性能氮化物和氧化物的复合陶瓷涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度仪分别分析了涂层宏观形貌、显微组织、物相组成、硬度分布情况。结果表明:激光熔覆涂层表面无气孔裂纹等缺陷,涂层厚度约为600μm,表层主要含Zr O2、Zr N、α-Zr和Ti N等物相,涂层主要由树枝状、球状、针状、枝晶间无定形组织构成,熔覆层硬度最高达1427 HV0.1,是基材的8倍。To improve the surface properties of zirconium alloys,with nitrogen-rich Ti N powder for pre coating material,high performance nitride and oxide composite ceramic coatings were prepared on the surface of Zr-4alloy by laser in situ cladding, The morphology, microstructure, phase composition and micro-hardness distribution of the coating layer were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy,X ray diffraction and micro hardness tester respectively. The results show that laser cladding layer without pores and cracks is obtained,the layer thickness is about 600μm,and phase of the surface layer is composed of Zr O2,Zr N,Ti N and α-Zr. The coating is mainly composed of dendritic, spherical, acicular, granular and interdendritic amorphous microstructure. The hardness of cladding layer is 1427HV0.1,which is 8 times of the substrate.
