摘 要:在工业与民用建筑及交通工程地基中,做《规范》下限规定的有限数量桩的静载试验不能完全反应管桩基础在不同地质条件下的承载性能.增加试验桩数又需要耗费大量资金和时间.为缓解上述矛盾,用量纲分析法,推导了相似判据,并应用到管桩模型实验当中,获得了模型实验的相关参数;通过材料配合比实验优化了模型管桩材料配合比;发明了一套模型管桩钢模板及加载装置,并阐述了使用方法;将所有室内实验成果应用于长沙市开福区学府华庭建设小区管桩基础项目当中,进行了管桩模型实验,获得了模型管桩基础荷载-沉降曲线,并由此推导了现场管桩试验的承载力;对模型管桩的侧阻和端阻进行了测试和讨论,效果良好,期望能给工程界参考并得到推广.In ground of industrial and civil architecture, traffic engineering, static load test results of limit several pipe piles according to the standard do not completely reflect bearing capacity of pipe pile foundation under different geology circumstances. Increasing quantity of test pipe pile will need vast fund and time. For easing up contradiction, similarity criterion was reduced out based on the dimension analysis method. Then it was applied to pipe pile tests and parameters of model test were obtained. Mix proportion of model pipe pile material was optimized through material experiments. A set of steel formworks of pipe pile and load device were devised, and using methods of them were showed. All productions were applied to pipe pile foundation of Xuefuhuating project, Kaifu area, Changsha. Model test of pipe pile was carried out, and beating capacity of spot pipe pile test was reduced according to load - settlement curve of model test. Shaft - resistance and end - resistance were tested and discussed. The results were satisfying and should be reference for practice.
