摘　　要：对智能配电网的基本概念、关键特性以及发展必要性进行了阐述,针对智能配电网建设所需关键技术的现状水平、功能特性以及未来方向进行了梳理与探讨。以期为我国智能配电网的建设提供一定的理论支撑与工程指导。In this paper,the basic concepts,the key features and the necessity of development of smart distribution grid were discussed. Further more,the present situation and the features of the needed key technology of smart distribution grid were summarized. Finally,the development trend of smart distribution grid technology was pointed out to provide theoretical and practical supports for construction of smart distribution grid.
