摘 要:目前车辆用液压系统过滤器的过滤比通常采用理论过滤比,在实际使用工况下,过滤器的过滤比远低于理论过滤比。针对液压系统过滤器在不同工况下过滤器实际过滤比的确定问题,根据过滤器的工作原理,定义重复过滤率和重复污染率的概念,建立具有动态过滤比的过滤器模型。使用MATLAB/Simulink对动态过滤比模型进行仿真,分析重复过滤率和重复污染率对动态过滤比的影响。结果表明:过滤器的动态过滤比随着系统工况的变化始终处于波动状态;随着重复过滤率和重复污染率的增大动态过滤比迅速减小。搭建过滤器实验台,对不同系统流量、压力和温度下动态过滤比的变化进行试验研究。试验结果表明,动态过滤比模型更符合实际工况,对液压系统的污染控制具有更好的指导作用。Currently the theoretical filtration ratio is usually adopted when studying the vehicle hydraulic system filters, but in actual conditions,the filtration ratio of the filter is far less than the theoretical value.Aimed at the problem of how to determine the actual filtration ratio of hydraulic system filters in different use conditions,according to the working principle of filters,repetitive filtration ratio and repetitive contamination rate were defined in concepts,and the filter model with dy?namic filtration ratio was established.Simulation of the model of dynamic filtration ratio was done by using MATLAB/Simu?link,and influence of repetitive filtration ratio and repetitive contamination rate on dynamic filtration ratio was analyzed. The results show that the dynamic filtration ratio of filter is always in fluctuation state along with change of working condi?tion of the system.Along with increasing of repetitive filtration ratio and repetitive contamination rate,dynamic filtration ra?tio is decreased rapidly.Change of dynamic filtration ratio was got by building experimental platform of filter with different flow rate,pressure and temperature of the system.The study result shows the model of dynamic filtration ratio meets the ac?tual working condition better,and could be used for control the contamination of hydraulic system.
