摘 要:为优化激光表面织构技术加工微凹槽的工艺参数, 采用声光调Q 二极管泵浦Nd: YAG 激光器在45^# 钢表面开展工艺试验研究.通过WKYO-NT1100 三维形貌测量仪获得织构形貌, 应用单因素法分析泵浦电流、脉冲重复频率、扫描速度工艺参数对织构形貌的影响.结果表明, 随着泵浦电流的增加, 微凹槽织构的宽度和深度均随之增大;随着重复频率的增加, 微凹槽织构的宽度逐渐变小, 而深度先变大后变小; 随着扫描速度的增加, 微凹槽织构的宽度逐渐增大, 而深度逐渐减小.通过对上述参数的优化可以获得较为理想的微凹槽形貌, 较佳工艺参数范围为: 泵浦电流15~17 A, 重复频率1 500~2 500 Hz, 扫描速度10~20 mm/ s.In order to optimize the technical parameters of micro?grooves processing by laser surface texturing process,a technical investigation on the 45 steel surface was performed by using a Q?switched of light and sound diode?pumped Nd:YAG laser.The morphologies of texture were measured by means of Wyko?NT1100 surface three dimensional profile,and the effects of laser technical parameters as pumping current,pulse repetition rate,scanning speed on the morphologies of texture were analyzed by using single factor method.The results show that,along with increasing of pumping current,the depth and width of micro?groove texture are also increased.Along with increasing of pulse repletion rate,the width of micro?groove texture is decreased, and the depth is increased first and then decreased. Along with increasing of the scanning speed,the width of micro?grooves texture is gradually increased,while the depth is gradually decreased.The ideal micro?groove morphology is obtained through the rational optimization of the above parameters.It is found that the optimum ranges of pumping current,repetition rate,and scanning speed are from 15 A to 17 A,from 1 500 Hz to 2 500 Hz,from 10 mm/s to 20 mm/s,respectively.
