摘 要:依据可靠性分析原理,建立递进式润滑系统单元可靠度数学模型,通过单元可靠度计算,得出润滑系统各组成单元可靠度,对润滑单元可靠度调整方式、制造工艺难度、材料表面强化、表面质量要求等方面进行分析。结果表明:递进式润滑系统不同润滑单元可靠度要求不同;在递进式润滑系统设计时,通过合理分配润滑单元数量,合理提高低可靠度单元组成元件的材料性能和表面粗糙度要求,合理选用表面强化方法,可以提高低可靠度单元组成元件的抗失效能力,满足系统运行可靠性要求。According to the principle of reliability analysis,the mathematics model of reliability of progressive lubrica?tion system units was established.By calculating the reliability of units,the reliability of each unit for the lubrication system was achieved,and the problems,such as adjustment methods of reliability of lubrication units,difficulties of manufacturing process ability,surface hardening of materials and requirements of surface quality were analyzed.The result shows that the different progressive lubrication system has different requirements of reliability of lubrication units. When the progressive lubrication system is designed,by means of allocating the quantity of lubrication units,improving the properties of material and requirement of surface roughness for components of low reliability units and selecting surface hardening methods prop?erly,the ability of resisting the failure for components of low reliability units can be raised so as to meet the requirements of reliability when the system is running.
