摘  要:在分析现有主轴回转精度测试方法的基础上,研究了一种两点法主轴回转精度测试方法。该方法首先在主轴空载条件下,采用"标准球法"测得主轴回转误差,采用"垂直布置两点法"在主轴轴颈上定点采样,从采样数据中减去对应位置的主轴回转误差,得出主轴圆度误差;然后在主轴加工条件下,利用第一步中的"垂直布置两点法"在主轴上定点采样,从实时采样数据中减去第一步测得的主轴圆度误差,最终得出主轴加工条件下的动态回转误差。结果表明:提出的两点法主轴回转精度测试方法是有效可行的。Based on the analysis of the existing spindle rotary precision measuring methods,a two-point method was researched for spindle rotating precision test. Firstly,under the dry-load conditions of spindle,the spindle rotating error was tested by using'Standard ball'method,then sampled at fixed spot on the neck of spindle by using'Vertical layout style two-point method',and got spindle roundness error at corresponding spot by subtracting spindle rotating error from sampling data. Secondly,under the machining conditions of spindle,the spindle was sampled at fixed spot by using'Vertical layout style two-point method',from above,and by subtracting the above tested spindle roundness error already known from sampling data in real time,finally the spindle rotating error was gotten under machining conditions. The results show that the proposed method of'Two-point method'for test of rotation precision of spindle is effective and feasible.
