摘　　要：针对当前BCM(Body Control Module)功能测试的现状,提出了集成车身控制模块BCM在线自动测试系统。该系统采用PC+PLC控制的方式,PLC主要负责生产线及针床机构的自动运行,使用MCGS触摸屏实现人机交互功能;PC机配以PCI1753-E卡,利用外部接口电路实现电平转换,通过计算机编程能实现对BCM的有效功能和无效功能的测试。该系统能替代人工操作,具有测试速度快、效率高等特点。Aiming at the current status of Body Control Module( BCM) function test,the integrated Car-body control module BCM online automatic testing system with using the control mode of personal computer( PC) + porgrammable logic controller( PLC)was presented.The production line and the needle bar mechanism to run automatically were mainly completed by PLC,and the manmachine interaction( MMI) function was implemented through the MCGS configuration interface of touch-screen.Through level switch using the external interface circuit the effective function test and the invalid function test of BCM were realized through computer programming in the PC with a PCI1753-E card installed.The system can replace manual operation,and has the advantages of high testing speed,high efficiency,and etc.
