摘 要:连续循环钻井技术能够在接单根(或立根)和起下钻期间保持钻井液的连续循环,在整个钻进期间实现稳定的当量循环密度和不间断的钻屑排出,提高复杂地层的钻井安全性。在介绍连续循环钻井系统组成和工作原理的基础上,对连续循环钻井系统的关键部件——动力钳进行了结构设计,并分析了动力钳研制的技术难点。介绍了动力钳各部分的结构、工作原理和设计要求,并对动力钳在现场试验中存在的不足进行了改进,改进后的动力钳在大港油田再次试验时状况良好。研究结果可为连续循环钻井装备的研究提供参考。The continuous circulation drilling technique could maintain continuous circulation of drilling fluid during pipe( or stand) connection and tripping,allowing a stable equivalent circulating density and uninterrupted cutting removal though the entire drilling period,improving the safety of drilling in problematic formation. The continuous circulation drilling system components and working principle have been introduced. The key component of the continuous circulation drilling system-the power tongs,has been designed and it 's technical difficulties have been analyzed. The designed power tongs is mainly composed of the base,clamping mechanism,spinning mechanism and the make-up and break-out mechanism. The structure,working principle and design requirements of each component have been introduced. Improvements on the power tongs have been made corresponding to the deficiencies observed in field test. The improved power tongs had a good application status in Dagang Oilfield,meeting the design requirements.
