摘  要:针对大位移井套管磨损问题,以White和Dawson提出的磨损效率理论模型为基础,建立了套管磨损预测模型。利用该模型定量地分析了井眼狗腿度、机械钻速、顶驱转速、底部钻具组合、套管钢级和钻井液性能对套管磨损的影响规律。分析结果表明,套管磨损深度随井眼狗腿度、顶驱转速、底部钻具组合外径的增大而增大,随机械钻速和钻井液密度的增大而减小。根据所计算的钻柱与套管之间接触力的分布情况,可对发生磨损的重点井段进行分析。综合以上分析结果,制订了相应的防磨措施,这些措施对现场施工具有一定的指导意义。To address the issue of casing wear in extended reach wells,the casing wear prediction model is established based on the wear efficiency theoretical model proposed by White and Dawson. On the basis of the prediction model,the effects of dogleg angle,ROP,top drive speed,bottomhole assembly,casing steel grade and drilling fluid performance on the casing wear could be quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the casing wear depth increases with the increase of dogleg angle,top drive speed,BHA diameter,but decreases with the increase of ROP and drilling fluid density. According to the distribution of the calculated contact force between the drill string and casing,critical well section under casing wear could be analyzed. Based on the above analysis,casing wear preventive measures have been developed to provide guides for on-site applications.
