摘 要:高压射孔枪大多通过加大壁厚来提高耐压值,但同时又增加了射孔弹穿透枪管的能量损失。鉴于此,提出了等深盲孔这一新概念。利用ANSYS建立了一系列不等深盲孔和等深盲孔射孔枪的有限元模型,对比分析不等深盲孔和等深盲孔对射孔枪耐压性能的影响,结果表明等深盲孔射孔枪的耐压性能优于不等深盲孔射孔枪,平均提高9.3%,其中盲孔深度3.5 mm的SQ89×8.8 mm射孔枪和盲孔深度4.0 mm的SQ89×10 mm射孔枪采用等深盲孔结构后耐压性能分别提高了18.68%和16.65%。利用True Grid建立了射孔弹侵彻不等深盲孔和等深盲孔的有限元模型,通过仿真发现,等深盲孔比不等深盲孔更能减少射流能量损失,提高射孔器穿深。研究结果为高抗压深穿透射孔器的研制提供了新的思路。The pressure bearing performance of high-pressure perforating gun is mostly improved by increasing the wall thickness of the perforating gun barrel,which results in an increased energy loss of perforating through the barrel. The new concept of isobathic blind hole is proposed to address the issue. Finite element model of the perforating guns with a series of varied-depth blind holes and isobathic blind holes have been established using ANSYS,so that to comparatively analyze the effects of the two different blind holes on the pressure bearing of the perforating gun. The results show that the gun with isobathic blind hole has a better pressure bearing performance with an average increase of 9. 3%. By adapting isobathic structure,the SQ89×8. 8 mm gun with the blind hole depth of 3. 5 mm and the SQ89×10 mm gun with the blind hole depth of 4. 0 mm have an improved pressure bearing capacity of 18. 68%and 16. 65% respectively. True Grid is used to establish the finite element model of shaped charge perforating on blind hole. Simulation results have showed that the isobathic blind hole could reduce energy loss and increase perforating depth. The study could provide a new way of studying high pressure deep penetration perforating gun.
