摘  要:针对塔河油田碳酸盐岩油藏实施分段注水存在的问题,以及常规裸眼封隔器在超深裸眼分段注水工艺中存在的不足,在裸眼封隔器工作方式优选的基础上,选择K341裸眼注水封隔器方案。介绍了K341裸眼封隔器的结构和工作原理,对封隔器的胶筒、坐封机构、胶筒密闭/锁紧机构、解封机构和平衡机构等进行了结构设计,优化了K341裸眼封隔器的结构。同时为防止套管腐蚀,在分注管柱结构中增加了1级套管封隔器,并在管柱中加安全接头。2口裸眼分层注水井现场试验都取得成功,验证了超深分注管柱与裸眼封隔器的可靠性和安全性。To address the issues of separate layer water injection in carbonate reservoir in Tahe Oilfield,as well as the conventional openhole packer deficiencies in ultra-deep openhole well separate layer water injection,the K341 openhole packer water injection isolation program was selected based on the selection of openhole packer working mode. The structure and working principle of the K341 packer are introduced. The packer rubber,setting mechanism,rubber closing / lock mechanism,release mechanism and balance mechanism have been designed to optimize the structure of the K341 packer. To prevent casing corrosion,a casing packer and a safety joint have been added in separate layer water injection string. The successful field tests in two openhole separate layer water injection wells verified the reliability and safety of the separate layer water injection string for ultra-deep well and the designed openhole packer.
