摘 要:旋转喷头是用于机械清洗罐类容器的关键部件,国内对其自身结构的研究较少。鉴于此,基于对国外多家公司具有代表性旋转喷头产品的深入分析研究,归纳总结出旋转喷头普遍采用的水力、气体和电力3种动力输入方式,以及行星轮系、蜗轮-蜗杆、交错齿轮和磁力4种减速传动方式。结合旋转喷头的工作原理和内部结构,综合考虑操作安全性、适用性、传动效率、紧凑性和制造装配难易度等因素,对比分析后确定采用水力驱动、多级行星轮系减速传动的旋转喷头结构方案更为可行。研究结果可为我国研制开发高性能旋转喷头提供参考。The rotary jet head is the key component for mechanical cleaning of tank type containers. Analysis on several foreign companies' rotary jet head products has showed that the rotary jet head is usually powered by hydraulic power,gas and electricity,and has four kinds of gear drive modes of the planetary gear train,worm gearworm,staggered gear and magnetic force. Based on the discussion of the working principle and internal structure of the rotary jet head, and considering the factors like operational safety, applicability, transmission efficiency,compactness,manufacturing and assembly difficulty, comparative analyses have been conducted. The result showed that the rotary jet head with hydraulic drive,multi-stage planetary gear train is more feasible. The results could provide references for the research and development of high-performance rotary jet head.
