摘  要:为了解决冀东油田低压井检泵、洗井和清蜡等措施作业后产量恢复周期长、封隔器密封不严和解卡打捞困难等问题, 研制了不压井、不放喷防污染采油配套管柱.该管柱通过常闭滑套和单流阀插管的配合, 使井筒内的流体无法进入地层, 地层的流体也无法流进井筒, 既防止了修井液污染地层, 又防止油层脱气井喷.现场应用结果表明, 防污染管柱下井顺利, 封隔器坐封、丢手和验封均一次性合格, 封隔器坐封处最大井斜47. 19°, 最大井深3 269 m, 作业后含水恢复期缩短6~10 d.该管柱实现了不压井和不放喷作业, 具有良好的推广应用前景.To address the issues in Jidong Oilfield like long period production restore,poor packer isolation and difficult releasing and fishing after pump inspection,well flushing and wax removal in low-pressure wells,an anti-pollution working string without the need of well killing and open flowing has been developed. The working string mainly consists of pump,retractable connector,a single flow valve stabbing tube,JDY455 retrievable stabbing packer,normally closed sleeve and plugs. The string could prevent the fluid in the well bore from flowing into the formation and vice versa through the combination of a normally closed sleeve and a single-flow valve stabbing tube,thus preventing the formation damage by the workover fluid and blowout by degassing of oil layer. Field application results show that the anti-pollution string had been run successfully. The packer setting,release and setting confirmation had been successfully conducted one-time,allowing the workover operation without killing and open flowing the well,which could quickly restore oil production.
