摘  要:针对ф139. 7 mm筛管顶部注水泥工艺中出现的钻塞时间长、钻穿套管及卡钻等问题,研制了ф139. 7 mm筛管顶部固井免钻塞工具。该工具由内管、外管及下部封隔器总成3大部分组成,碰压后内管和外管完全脱离,附加打捞力为0;打捞筒与内管下部结构为反扣连接,如打捞后无法脱手,可正转倒出打捞筒,然后下钻将下部结构钻除,降低施工风险;工具内管在打捞时理论上可承受700 k N以内的拉力。大81-平4井的现场应用结果表明,工具打捞时内、外管已脱离,大幅减小了打捞力,提高了打捞成功率,适应ф139. 7 mm套管打捞管柱抗拉力小的特点。最后建议继续进行工具的现场试验,并对工具进行优化改进。To address the issues of cementing at the top of ?139?7 mm screen like time consumption cemen?ting plug drilling, drilling through casing and pipe sticking, a free drilling plug tool for cementing at the top of ?139?7 mm screen has been developed?The tool consists of an inner tube, outer tube and the lower packer assem?bly?After bumping, the inner tube could completely separate from the outer tube, thus eliminating additional fish?ing force?The fishing barrel and the substructure of the inner tube are connected by anticlockwise thread?Therefore, rotating the string clockwise could release the fishing barrel if releasing during fishing is failed?Then, tools could be run to drill out the substructure, thus reducing the operation risk?The inner tube of the tool can theoretically withstand 700 kN tensile force when fishing?Field application results in Well Da 81-Ping 4 showed that the inner tube and outer tube has been separated when fishing, thus significantly reduced the fishing force and improved the success rate of fishing operation, which is fit for the ?139?7 mm casing string featured with small tensile strength?Continuing field test of the tool is proposed and tool optimization is recommended.
