摘 要:整个SCMRT最关键的部分是锁紧单元。理论分析中,对锁块主要考虑锁紧角度、解锁角度以及锥面角度问题,即锁紧角度α只要大于8.5°就不会发生自锁;解锁角度β需大于8.5°;锥面角度γ大于5.7°锁块都不会自动解锁。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对SCMRT的锁紧机构在锁紧工况中所受到的应力进行分析。分析结果表明,在锁紧滑块的驱动下将锁块锁紧到SCM中,锁块的最大应力主要发生在锁块下部与锁紧外壳台阶接触的地方,存在应力集中。锁紧/解锁角度、锥面角度与理论分析结果一致。在锁紧工况下,锁块最大Mises应力小于材料的许用应力,其最大接触应力能很好地满足强度要求,可以实现锁紧。The locking element is the most significant part of the whole SCMRT?In the theoretical analysis, locking angle, unlocking angle and cone angle are mainly considered for the lock block?Self?locking would not oc?cur when the lock angleαis larger than 8?5°?Unlocking angleβshould be greater than 8?5°?Cone angleγshould be more than 5?7° to prevent automatically unlock?The stress of the locking mechanism of the SCMRT in locking conditions is analyzed by using ABAQUS?The results showed that the lock block is locked to the SCM driven by the locking slider?The maximum stress of the lock block mainly occurs where the lower part of the lock block is in con?tact with the lock shell, which have stress concentration?The locking/unlocking angle and the cone angle are con?sistent with the theoretical analysis results?Under locking condition, the maximum Mises stress of the lock block is less than the material allowable stress?The maximum contact stress could well meet the strength requirement and re?alize locking.
