冀东油田深斜井分层压裂管柱研究与应用

摘　　要：针对冀东油田目前压裂技术中存在多层笼统压裂,不能压开所有层,以及效果差、有效期短等技术问题,提出了不动管柱分级坐封、分级验封的分层压裂管柱的工艺理念,并开展了工艺技术、管柱结构及施工工艺研究。设计了不动管柱分级坐封、分级验封、分级解封、遇卡分级丢手分段打捞的液压压缩封隔器分层压裂管柱和不动管柱分级坐封遇卡分段丢手分段打捞的水力扩张式封隔器分层压裂管柱,形成了分级投球分层打开压裂滑套的分层压裂喷砂开关控制技术和分级解封、遇卡分级丢手分段打捞的安全解卡起出技术,实现了一趟管柱分级压裂多层,提高了分层压裂的效果,降低了压裂成本。113口井的现场应用结果表明,深斜井分层压裂管柱的原理可行、结构合理、工艺简单,满足了冀东油田高温高压深斜井分层压裂作业的需要。To address the fracturing issues in Jidong oilfield like overall multizone fracturing, being unable to fracture all of the layers , poor fracturing peformance, short valid time, a multistage fracturing string with multi?stage setting and sealing testing capacity without pulling string has been proposed?Then, studies on the technique, string structure and operation technology have been conducted?A multistage fracturing string has been designed with hydraulic compression packer providing multistage setting, sealing testing, and setting releasing, releasing and fishing per stage when encountering sticking without pulling string?A multistage fracturing string with hydraulic ex?pansion packer has also been designed which could provides multistage setting, releasing and fishing per stage when sticking without pulling string?The technology of multistage fracturing sand jetting on?off control techniques with per?stage ball dropping and sleeve opening, and the safety free sticking technology with per?stage releasing and fishing has been developed?Multistage fracturing with one trip has been achieved with increased multistage frac?turing performance and reduced fracturing cost?Field application results of 113 wells showed that the multistage fracturing string for deep deviated well has a feasible principle, rational structure and simple technology, meeting the requirements of multistage fracturing operation in HTHP deep deviated well in Jidong Oilfield.
