摘  要:针对定向井分层注水测试调配成功率和效率低、小水量测调精度低等问题,研制了同心电动井下测调仪。该测调仪动力传递设计为同心连杆机构,动力传递效率高,集成了超声波流量计和水嘴调节机构,可实现流量测试和水嘴调节同步,同时具备磁定位功能,可以准确判断井下配水器和封隔器位置。同心电动井下测调仪在长庆油田应用3 500余井次,测调全程电缆作业,1次下井完成全井所有层段测试调配,测调成功率95%以上,2层分注井平均测调时间4~6 h,3~5层分注井平均测调时间6~8 h,单层5 m^3以上注水量测调误差10%以内,实现了分注井高效测调技术的升级。To address the issues of multizone water injection in directional well like low success rate and effi?ciency of measuring and regulating and low precision of measuring and regulating small volume water injection, a concentric electric downhole measuring and regulating instrument is developed?The power transmission of measuring and regulating instrument, designed with concentric linkage mechanism, has high efficiency of power transmis?sion?The instrument has been integrated with ultrasonic flow meter and water nozzle regulating mechanism, achieving flow measuring and water regulation at the same time?It also has the magnetic positioning function, which can accu?rately position the downhole water distribution device and the packer?More than 3 500 well times have been applied in Changqing Oilfield?The measuring and regulating operation on all zones were completed by wireline operation with the success rate of more than 95%?The two?layer water injection well has an average measuring and regulating time of 4~6 hours, and the 3~5 layers water injection well for 6~8 hours?Water injection in monolayer above 5m has a measur?ing and regulating error of less than 10%?Thus, the high efficient measuring and regulating technology for multizone water injection has been upgraded.
