摘 要:针对稠油开采过程中常用的蒸汽驱采油技术和工频电磁加热方法所存在的热效差及电能消耗过大的问题,利用高频感应加热原理,设计了一种井下高频感应电加热蒸汽发生器,该发生器能够在很短时间内产生大量的蒸汽。分析了高频感应加热高热效的原因,并对高频加热蒸汽发生器的结构和负载感应器进行了设计,对在不同压力功率下的蒸汽产生量进行了计算。有限元分析与试验测试结果表明,该高频感应电加热蒸汽发生器比传统的蒸汽发生器具有更高的热效。To address the issues of low thermal efficiency and excessive power consumption lying in steam drive technology and power?frequency electric heating method often applied in the process of heavy oil exploitation, a new downhole high?frequency heating steam generator is designed based on the high?frequency induction heating principle?The designed steam generator could produce abundant steam in a very short period of time?The reason for high thermal efficiency in high?frequency induction heating has been analyzed?The structure of high?frequency heat?ing steam generator and the load sensor have been designed?The steam production under different pressure and pow?er has been calculated?The finite element analysis and experiment results showed that the high?frequency heating steam generator has a higher thermal effect than the conventional steam generator.
