摘　　要：多级分层压裂管柱组合工具多,在解封过程中易发生卡阻,须进行大修解卡处理,增加了施工成本,延长了作业周期。为此,研制了一种喷锚丢手总成,即将喷砂器、水力锚和安全丢手进行一体化设计,使其同时具备3种工具的功能,降低了解封阻力,提高了小修解封成功率。工具总成配合伸缩补偿器能够将井下管柱逐级解封、分段取出,降低了大修施工作业难度。6口井的现场应用结果表明,喷砂丢手总成一次性解封成功率高,遇砂卡时能实现分级丢手,将井下管柱分段取出,降低了卡钻风险。The multistage fracturing string is prone to pipe?sticking while releasing because of the combination of multiple tools, the resultant workover operation to address the pipe?sticking increases costs and extends the operat?ing cycle?To address the issue, a sandblast?anchor and release assembly, which integrates sandblast tool hydraulic anchor and releasing tool, has been developed with the functions of integrated three kinds of tools?The developed assembly reduces the releasing resistance and improves the success rate of workover operation?The assembly com?bined with the telescoping compensator can release and retrieve the string per stage, reducing the difficulty of work?over operation?Field application results in six wells showed that the developed assembly had a high success rate of releasing, and could release and retrieve the tool per stage when sand plugging, reducing the risk of pipe?sticking.
